It's really hard to find a company that does good work plus give you a reasonable price …I give Cutler Curb Appeal 5 stars they did amazing work at a fair price … I needed some back porch work done hardie board gutters and a ceiling !!! I need some work done on my house which required a contractor. I thought of David Cutler since he had worked on my home once before and did a great job, especially since he had to perform beyond the scope of the original contract. That is what I needed now and I contacted him through his son, who also helped David working on my house. They are super easy to work with. The work to be done was very similar to the previous work done. David and his son Dawson work well together and also has familiarity with the job. No brainer to hire them. The work entailed removal of a rock faced exterior wall, replace any rotted studs and install new vynal siding. Of course there was more work than originally planned (isn't that always the case) which was no problem for them. Other work completed was painting older siding to match the newly installed siding and fascia. I'm super happy with the work done at a reasonable price. If you live in Brevard county or nearby counties you can't go wrong with Cutlers Curb Appeal

Every job David has done for me has been top notch work. He never cuts corners and can figure anything out. He literally does it all. And his expertise in craftsmanship is second to none. He takes pride in every job he's done for me.

David has done work at our home three different times and has always been prompt, polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Today he came out, took the siding off the front of our house, found where the leak was coming from, patched and sealed the area and put the siding back so that there is no indication a repair had been done. Very professional! I would highly recommend Cutlers Curb Appeal for all siding, soffit, fascia and home siding repairs. The owner was always checking to make sure the customer was happy throughout the entire job and was very meticulous to make sure every detail was perfect!!
