Hardie Board Siding & Exterior Contractor in Mims, FL

Mims is a small town at the north end of Brevard County, near the Volusia line and the St. Johns River. The homes are older Florida ranches and rural properties, many in the same family for generations. Repairs here often get put off longer than they should. Not because people stop paying attention, but because a good contractor is hard to find this far north.

We are based in Brevard and we work all of it, Mims included. Wood rot around window frames and fascia corners is what we see most. Tree cover holds moisture, summer rain adds more, and rot gets going before you can spot it from the ground. We also replace soffit and fascia, install Hardie Board on homes whose siding has run out of life, and paint. Call us and we will come take a look.
