Hardie Board Siding & Exterior Contractor in Cocoa Beach, FL

Cocoa Beach is barrier island living. Ocean on one side, Banana River on the other, salt air from both directions every day. Nothing takes more of a beating than the outside of a Cocoa Beach home. The sun is brutal. Salt lands on every surface. And any small gap, a bad joint or a cracked caulk line or a soft fascia board, turns into a water problem fast.

This is exactly what James Hardie built HardieZone HZ10 for. We install Hardie Board to coastal spec here. We also tell you what we find along the way, and we find plenty. Rot hiding behind failing siding. Fascia soft on the inside. Windows letting water travel behind the frame. We do siding, soffit and fascia, wood rot, impact windows and doors, and painting. If you are a few blocks from the beach, we already have a good idea what is under there.
