Hardie Board Siding & Exterior Contractor in Viera, FL

Viera is newer than most of the Space Coast. The homes in Baytree, Trasona, and Suntree mostly went up in the late 1990s and 2000s. That makes them 20 to 30 years old now, which is exactly when builder-grade work starts to fail. The vinyl siding from that era was never made for 30 years of Florida sun and rain. Soffit panels come loose. Fascia boards go soft where the paint and caulk let go.

A lot of Viera homeowners think a newer house buys them more time. Then they find the wood rot that has been quietly spreading behind the siding. We do full Hardie Board replacements, wood rot repair, soffit and fascia, window upgrades, and painting across Viera and the neighborhoods around it. We tell you what we find and what it takes to fix it.
