Cutlers Curb Appeal does exterior home work in Brevard County and Volusia County, Florida. That includes Hardie Board siding, vinyl siding, soffit and fascia, wood rot repair, window and door replacement, and exterior painting.

You agree to use this website in a fair and legal way. Please do not:

• Try to break into any part of the site
• Copy our photos or writing to use as your own
• Send fake quote requests or spam through our forms
• Use the site to break any law

This is the important part, so we will be clear about it.

• A number you get from this website or over the phone is an estimate. It is our best guess from what you told us.
• A real price comes after we look at your house in person. Hidden rot, bad framing, or permit rules can change the cost.
• Nothing on this website is a contract. The contract is the written agreement we both sign before work starts.
• Estimates are good for 30 days unless we tell you something different in writing.

When you hire us, we give you a written agreement for your project. It covers the price, the schedule, the materials, and the warranty. If that agreement and this page ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

The photos, writing, and logo on this site belong to Cutlers Curb Appeal. Please do not copy them for your own business.

Our gallery shows real jobs we finished. Every house is different, so your results may not look exactly the same.

If you send us photos of your home, you let us use them to plan and price your job. If we would like to show them on our website or social media, we will ask you first.

We work to keep prices, services, and service areas current. Even so, something on the site may be out of date or contain a typo. If a detail matters to your decision, call us and confirm it.

We link to places like Google, Facebook, and product makers such as James Hardie. We do not run those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.

This website is provided as is. We are not responsible for losses that come from using the website itself, such as a page being down or a detail being wrong.

This does not limit our responsibility for the actual work we do on your home. That is covered by your signed agreement and our insurance.

These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about this website would be handled in Florida.

We may update this page. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
